Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to: (a) this website and its informational content; (b) the Fusion-AI subscription application, which provides framework crosswalk search and AI-generated transformation roadmaps; and (c) training, assessment, and consulting engagements delivered under a separate statement of work, task order, or contract. Where a signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the signed contract controls for that engagement.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for named individual use; seats may not be shared across users. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with a limited monthly allowance of AI advisor roadmaps. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) carry the usage allowances published on the pricing page and are enforced by the application. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis in U.S. dollars unless an order form states otherwise.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle's refund policy. Enterprise terms, invoicing, and government payment terms are set out in the applicable order form or contract.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

This means that when you purchase a Fusion-AI subscription, Paddle — not AI Global Consultants — is the seller of record for that transaction. Paddle collects payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST, issues invoices and receipts, manages recurring billing, and processes cancellations and refunds. Your purchase is additionally subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics. Where those Buyer Terms conflict with these Terms on a commercial billing matter, the Buyer Terms control.

AI Global Consultants remains responsible for delivering the Fusion-AI service and any training or consulting engagement described in these Terms. Billing questions, refund requests, and invoice corrections should be directed to Paddle at paddle.net; we are happy to assist alongside them at info@aiglobaltechs.com.

You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without written consent;
• scrape, bulk-export, or reverse engineer the framework library or application;
• upload classified, export-controlled, or unlawful material into the application;
• attempt to bypass usage metering, authentication, or access controls;
• interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the service.

Fusion-AI uses large language models to generate roadmaps, gap analyses, and recommendations from curated framework mappings and your inputs. Output is decision-support material, not professional, legal, audit, accreditation, or authorization advice. It may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by qualified personnel before use in a program decision, procurement, assessment, or authorization package. You are responsible for validating output against the authoritative standard or agency guidance.

The website, application, curriculum, framework crosswalk library, and Fusion-AI branding remain the property of AI Global Consultants (trading as AI Global Consulting) and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit and receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use output generated for your account internally. Referenced frameworks and publications (for example PMBOK, PRINCE2, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, ITIL, ISO, and NIST publications) remain the property of their respective owners; we claim no affiliation with or endorsement by those bodies unless explicitly stated.

Course dates, cohort sizes, delivery mode, and cancellation windows are confirmed in the booking or order form. Course materials are licensed to enrolled participants for their own use and may not be redistributed. Deliverables are prepared as Section 508 aligned materials; a VPAT is available on request.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Global Consultants is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms and will change the “last updated” date above; material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and venue lies in Collin County, Texas, except where federal law or a federal contract clause applies.
