Privacy Policy

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication data when you register with email and password or sign in with Google.
• Subscription information — plan tier, trial status, and monthly usage counts used to enforce plan allowances.
• Application content — the search terms, framework selections, and transformation questions you submit, plus the roadmaps generated for you, which are saved to your history so you can revisit them.
• Inquiry information — the details you provide in the contact or booking form, such as name, organization, email, and message.
• Technical data — standard server and security logs, including IP address, browser type, and timestamps.

Do not submit classified, export-controlled, or otherwise sensitive government information into the application. It is not accredited for that purpose.

We use information to create and secure your account, deliver framework search and AI advisor results, enforce plan usage limits, provide support, respond to inquiries and training bookings, invoice subscriptions, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your submitted content for advertising.

When you run an AI advisor request, your question and the relevant framework crosswalk context are sent to a third-party large language model provider through our AI gateway to generate the response. Only the content needed to produce the result is transmitted. We do not send your account credentials to model providers.

We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: our application and database hosting provider (authentication, database, and hosting), our AI model gateway provider, and email delivery for account and support messages. Each is used only to deliver the service described here. A current list is available on request.

The application uses cookies and browser storage strictly to keep you signed in and maintain session state. We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site profiling on this site. If we add product analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

Account records, saved searches, and generated roadmaps are retained while your account is active so your history remains available. When you request deletion, we remove your account record and associated search and roadmap history, except where we must retain limited records for tax, contractual, or legal obligations. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record.

Access to the application requires authentication, data is transmitted over TLS, and database access is restricted by row-level authorization so users can only read their own account, search, and roadmap records. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure; we ask that you use a strong, unique password.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, request a copy of your saved history, or withdraw consent for marketing email at any time by emailing info@aiglobaltechs.com. Texas residents and individuals covered by other applicable privacy laws may exercise the rights those laws provide; we will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the period required by law.

The service is intended for professional use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. Our infrastructure is operated in the United States; if you access the service from outside the U.S., your information is processed in the U.S.
