Accessibility Statement
Last updated August 4, 2026
AI Global Consulting is committed to making the Fusion-AI website, subscription application, and training materials usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. Our target conformance standard is Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, as measured against WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Our commitment
Accessibility is treated as a delivery requirement, not an afterthought. Course materials, assessments, and client deliverables are produced as Section 508 aligned artifacts, and a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) for the Fusion-AI application is available on request for procurement and market research purposes.
Conformance status
We consider this site and application partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the standard is met, and we are actively remediating the remaining gaps. Conformance is self-assessed through internal review; it is not an independent certification or audit result.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with landmark regions and a single, ordered heading structure per page.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, forms, tabs, and dialogs, with visible focus indicators.
- Labeled form fields and error messages that do not rely on color alone.
- Color palette and typography checked for contrast against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds.
- Responsive layouts that reflow at 320px width and support zoom to 200% without loss of content.
- Accessibility review included in the design and code review of new features.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas under active remediation:
- Decorative animated background and radar visuals are non-essential; they may still be distracting for some users. Reduced-motion handling is being expanded across all animated elements.
- The embedded third-party map in the Contact section is provided by an external service and we do not control its accessibility. The full street address, phone number, and email are available as text next to it as an equivalent alternative.
- AI-generated roadmap output is rendered as structured text; screen reader announcement of long generated results is being improved with status regions.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, used with common assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and browser zoom or magnification. It may not work as expected on unsupported or end-of-life browsers.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content or training material in an alternate format, please tell us the page URL and what happened. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to provide a remediation plan or an accessible alternative within 10 business days.

Assessment approach
We evaluate accessibility through a combination of manual keyboard and screen reader testing, automated checks during development, and review of responsive breakpoints. This statement is reviewed when significant features ship and at least annually.
